MEETINGS
The next UCAC Annual Members Meeting will be 3 PM January 20, 2008 at the Lexington Park Library. On the agenda will be the nomination and elections of the Board of Directors, annual reports, signing of the Gifting Agreement with the College of Southern Maryland, and a mini Kwanza celebration.
UCAC's Board of Directors meets quarterly on the third (or fourth) Thursday of selected months - at 7 PM at the Lexington Park Library. Meetings for 2008 are:

EXHIBITS
UCAC has created and produced several exhibits. Internet versions of these exhibits will be published on this site in 2007. Our exhibits include Get On the Bus and African American Schools during a Century of Segregation.
DRAMATIC PRODUCTIONS
UCAC has also sponsored related productions including the dramatic productions CROSSROADS: On Common Ground and PASS IT ON.
The last dramatic production was The Cocoonery, a play set during the civil war in a St. Mary's County poorhouse. The world premiere was held April 21-30, 2006 --- at the Bruce Davis Theater, Montgomery Hall Fine Arts Center on the campus of St. Mary's College of Maryland. Playwright and former UCAC president, Merideth Taylor, received an Individual Artist Award from the Maryland State Arts Council for Cocoonery.Click here to learn more.
